Debris Management & Planning Services and Support

Our team includes very experienced, all hazards’ debris experts who have hands-on experience directly managing some of California’s most challenging and complex debris operations in state history. With this expertise comes the knowledge to support all levels of debris management, from the pre-disaster planning stage to running a large-scale, post-fire private property cleanup program. The DRE, Inc. team can oversee the evaluation, creation and/or revision of all required debris removal planning, compliance and operations documents that would be required by Cal OES and/or FEMA.

• Monitor all debris projects’ progress to ensure grant timelines.
• Review environmental, cultural, and historic requirements for each debris project.
• Review all expenses to satisfy Cal OES and/or FEMA audits.
• Provide oversight and Project Management services for PPDR projects.
• Provide historical knowledge of best practices used by other jurisdictions with all types of debris management.
